Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping
Free on all orders. Delivery within 15 business days of order confirmation. This time includes order processing.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

Tracking
We email you a confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

​

Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will email you with a new date. You can choose to wait, or cancel the order for a full refund.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot change the address once your order has shipped.

​

Multiple packages
If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in more than one package.

Returns

​

Return window
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been worn.

How to return
Email support@aspershop.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

​

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

​

Not covered
Items damaged by wear, water, perfume or chemicals, and items returned after 30 days.
